After a very long night with Charlie waking up at least 5 times, he woke up this morning with hives all over his body. At least that's what I think it is. He felt very warm to me as well, but with the hustle and bustle of getting children ready to get out the door by 7:45, I forgot to take his temp. After about an hour of being awake, they finally faded. He laid down for his morning nap and slept fine, but again, woke up with hives all over his body. So I took pictures this time before they went away.
