Visitors For Labor Day Weekend

Our dear friends, the Camps came up for a visit over Labor Day weekend last year! We had SO much fun! It was so great to see them and so wonderful of them to make the 8 hour treck up to Kansas. Our kids had so much fun and it was nice to be able to take care of them for a few days instead of them always taking care of us! =)

We took them to Deanna Rose Farmstead the first day. Very hot, but not busy, which was very nice. They have a petting zoo there, horses to ride, carriage rides, fishing, splash park, playground, mini tractors to ride, etc. You name it, they've got it. The girls had a lot of fun showing Preston around.

Little Everet was determined to see the horse that was pulling our hayride carriage.

Saturday we took them to the infamous train restaurant Fritz's,
And then we headed over to the Legend's to do some shopping.
Here are the daddy's doing a quick diaper change in the back of the car before heading out to shop.

Stopped in at the Dino Cafe Restaurant, my kids least favorite yet favorite restaurant

And because it was SO hot that day, we let the kids run around and play in the fountain. They had a BLAST

Thank you so much, Brady and Cherise for coming up to visit. It meant so much to us and we all had a blast with you guys. You are such dear friends and mean the world to us. Thank you for your friendship, love, support, kindness and wonderful example! We love you!
