African Safari

Okay, we really didn't travel to Africa for a safari (but hopefully one day)!! There is this place where my parents live that is sorta like a safari. Everyone loads up into these "covered wagons" that is pulled by a tractor, you can buy buckets of food and then they take you on this tour for 1 1/2 hours. They have zebras, bison, ducks, llamas, camels, longhorns, giraffes, and about 1,000 different species of deer, I swear. And they all come eat the food right out of your hand (or cup, if you feel more comfortable with that, which I did). Both of my girls are fascinated with animals and so this was a real treat. Thanks for the idea Mimi!

Auntie Kari feeding one of the longhorns. They've got some long tongues.
Mimi feeding one of the animals too.

This camels name was Alladin. He REALLY smelled BAD!!!

Charlie thought the camel was pretty cool, but only for a second.
